Key Responsibilities- Coordinate unit education and training programs for perioperative staff
- Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols for perioperative care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient flow and reduce wait times
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to perioperative staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an operating room setting
- Six months of previous leadership experience as a charge or coordinator
- Current RN licensure in Texas or Compact State licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
