• Pursue advanced procedures, including ERCP and EUS
• Balance your workload with 40% inpatient and 60% outpatient duties, with a manageable 1:7 call schedule
• Participate in academic opportunities, rounding with GI fellows from Dartmouth Hitchcock
• Conduct GI outpatient clinic on the hospital campus, with procedures performed at the hospital
• Rely on a guaranteed salary exceeding $500,000 (two years) plus RVU production
