RN In-patient Facility Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Care Team at Beacon Place facility in Greensboro. As an Inpatient RN, you will be responsible for assessing and identifying patient/caregiver problems, establishing patient/caregiver care goals, and implementing interventions. You will work closely with the attending physician to establish and implement a medical plan of care for the patient. Additionally, you will establish and maintain a therapeutic relationship with the patient and caregiver, providing emotional support and teaching. Your role will also involve supervising Hospice Aides on shift and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed as an RN in North Carolina and in good standing with NCBON
- One year of experience in an acute, hospice, home health setting, or long-term care setting
- Valid state-issued driver's license and automobile liability insurance
