Key Responsibilities
  • Treat each customer with respect and kindness, ensuring every interaction meets our high standards.
  • Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform, ready to assist customers.
  • Count and manage cash and/or validations, maintaining security and accuracy.
  • Process transactions efficiently, making change and issuing receipts or tickets as needed.
  • Operate cash registers, calculate costs, and display transaction details.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training.
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license, if required to drive a company vehicle.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
