The CentraCare Health System is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Faculty Physician to contribute to the development of future healthcare professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to tailor your role based on your expertise and interests in various areas of family medicine.
Position Options Available:
- Core Faculty (0.7 to 1 FTE)
- Resident Preceptorship: Involve yourself in the education and mentorship of residents in both clinical and hospital settings (40% of your time).
- Clinical Responsibilities: Deliver patient care in our residency clinic, with a specific emphasis on maternity care (40% of your time).
- Program Administration & Curriculum Design: Dedicate time to administrative duties and the development of educational programs (20% of your time).
- Resident Preceptorship: Act as a hospitalist, mentoring residents during their hospital rotations (80% of your time).
- Program Administration & Curriculum Design: Allocate time for program management and curriculum enhancement (20% of your time).
- Resident Mentorship: Engage in the teaching and guidance of residents in both clinic and hospital environments.
- Flexible Clinical Practice: Maintain your own clinical practice or collaborate with CentraCare clinics.
- Additional Responsibilities: Opportunities may include inpatient and/or maternity call.
