As part of our growth, we are looking for our next key position: an Associate Director of B2B Marketing Operations who can help us develop and refine our integrated marketing and measurement strategy.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will own marketing efficiency via across all O&O channels/platforms, driving optimal ROI across multiple audience segments and lines of business. They will work closely with Enterprise Systems to manage the tech stack for the B2B marketing team and ensure systems are properly utilized, integrated and maintained.
The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the B2B space, and 5+ years of people management experience. They must have strong proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, as well as experience with Instapage, Bigmarker, Drift, Jifflenow, Funnel.io, Hubspot, and Marketo Measure/Bizible.
About the Role
- Owning marketing efficiency via across all O&O channels/platforms, driving optimal ROI across multiple audience segments and lines of business
- Working closely with Enterprise Systems to manage the tech stack for the B2B marketing team and ensuring systems are properly utilized, integrated and maintained
- Developing and executing on a robust audience segmentation plan across the marketing automation lifecycle
- Overseeing the creation and proper application of marketing attribution modeling and analytics tools to establish KPIs and regularly report on performance of marketing initiatives
- Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems and platforms
