Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the transformation towards DevOps, microservice architecture, and re-platforming to OCI and multi-cloud environments.
  • Foster a robust engineering culture characterized by high-performance teams.
  • Collaborate with executives to align program teams and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive roadmap and successful outcomes.
  • Identify and address growth and development needs, enhancing employee well-being and streamlining processes.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to boost communication, teamwork, and employee engagement.
  • Guide a team of program managers to promote alignment across engineering, operations, and partner organizations.
  • Steer organizational direction for extensive cross-departmental projects.
  • Demonstrate a passion for meeting customer needs and lead the organization in delivering scalable solutions.
  • Possess deep product and market knowledge in Cloud offerings, including user needs, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.

People Management Experience:

  • Proven ability to recruit and develop passionate individuals, ensuring exceptional team performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, adept at managing complex discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • In-depth understanding of engineering processes, methodologies, and best practices, with the capability to optimize and redefine workflows.
  • Hands-on leadership style, willing to engage directly in tasks to achieve results.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a Director or VP role within a large organization, such as a Fortune 500 company.
  • Experience managing first-line managers and directors across multiple departments, overseeing a global team of approximately 200 employees.
  • Proven track record in product reliability and lifecycle management, with experience transitioning teams to a modern DevOps/SRE model, preferably in a SaaS or Cloud context.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is advantageous.
