Key Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is accountable for delivering professional nursing care, which includes patient management and oversight of nursing staff under their supervision. Compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulations is essential to ensure patient safety.


Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum: Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma.
  • Current NM Nursing license or NM compact license (to be obtained within 90 days of hire) and BLS certification.
  • Additional certifications such as ACLS and/or PALS may be required by the hiring department.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Desired: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in a specialty area along with two (2) years of general nursing experience.
