Pediatric ICU Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

Job Description:

Clinical Review and Auto Offer: Our team will conduct a thorough clinical review to ensure the best fit for the position. Once selected, you will receive an auto-offer with all the details.

Rotating Shifts with Three Weekends per Six-Week Schedule: You will work rotating shifts with three weekends per six-week schedule, providing you with a great work-life balance.

Start Date Options: You can choose from two start date options: 10/14 or 10/28, depending on your preference.

Guaranteed Time Off: You will receive guaranteed up to 40 hours of requested time off per 13-week contract, ensuring you have time to relax and recharge.

Requirements:

  • Flu Vaccine: You must be willing to receive a flu vaccine with no exemptions.
  • Candidates Must Be Willing to Float: You must be willing to float within your scope of practice within the facility.
  • Background Checks: Background checks are required, and you must inform us of any hits.
  • Previous Employment: If you have previously been employed as permanent staff or a traveler, you cannot return after 365 days.

Orientation: You will receive 16 non-billable hours of orientation to ensure a smooth transition into the role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN): A BSN is preferred, but not required.
  • Nursys Verification: You must provide Nursys verification for submission.
