Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a standardized compliant trade data governance program to support the enterprise.
  • Design and oversee data governance frameworks at the enterprise level, focusing on simplifying data management and facilitating the use of tools like machine learning and artificial intelligence.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to data governance policies across the organization.
  • Conduct regular data quality audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with data owners and stewards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with international trade laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ensure that trade compliance data management practices align with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor data governance and compliance metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data governance or data management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Oracle or other ERP as well as E2Open system knowledge preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements preferred.
