We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Instructor to join our team at Charter College. As a Lead HVAC Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students in our HVAC program.

• Develop and deliver curriculum content in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Provide educational assistance to students during regularly scheduled times or by appointment.
• Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively with campus staff.
• Participate in program advisory committee meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor student attendance and retention, and document as required by administration.
• Grading assignments, returning graded assignments to students, and assigning final grades in a timely manner.

• 2 years of HVAC experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred.
• Experience as a supervisor, mentor, or trainer a plus.
