Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Staff Position. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintaining a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, and enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • People-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, dedicated to customer service, and experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
  • Ability to multi-task, make presentations to potential customers, assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews, and effectively relate to a customer.
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) and Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
