About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction and providing an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and positively engage guests in the restaurant, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Accurately accept guests' orders and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Address and resolve all guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and comfortable area for guests and team members, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with our Delivery Partners to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness by completing general clean tasks, including wiping tables, washing dishes, and sweeping and mopping floors.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • No previous experience required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with coworkers and guests.
