We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at KB Signaling. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our business leaders and employees, ensuring the effective management of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues, providing solutions and recommendations to improve employee engagement and productivity.
• Conduct recruitment and selection activities, ensuring the best candidates are hired for our organization.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions, driving strategic growth and development.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, ensuring our organization remains competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with HR systems, including recruitment and talent management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex HR issues.
