Job Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a paraprofessional who practices under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is primarily responsible for the direct implementation of skill-acquisition and behavior support plans developed by the clinical supervisor and in collaboration with the classroom teacher.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior support plans and skill-acquisition strategies under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Collect data and conduct assessments as required
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Provide behavioral support to students in a school setting
Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation
  • Resume
