The company's outpatient therapeutic services, Hope Clinical Care, offers therapy services to children with autism and developmental disabilities. At Hope Autism Clinics, Board Certified Behavior Analysts and other qualified service professionals provide medically necessary Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, Speech Language Therapy, autism screenings, and diagnostic evaluations to children with ASD and developmental disabilities from birth through school age.

As a Behavioral Therapist at Hope, you will be part of a dedicated care team working alongside Board Certified Behavior Analysts and licensed therapists to provide professional care and attention to children with autism spectrum disorder. The Autism Clinic at Hope offers a full spectrum of services from birth to age 18.

  • Starting at $17 per hour, plus paid training opportunities and consistent scheduling & daytime hours.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the Hope Autism Clinic to teach them using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • Effectively communicate with families/guardians about their child's progress.
  • Work with the treatment team to track session data and help clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
  • Assist with planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
  • Model professional appearance and attitudes.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education.
  • Successful background clearance.
