In this role, you will:
  • Support initial design concepts, determine project fees, and prepare proposals.
  • Complete necessary project initiation forms and manage work authorizations.
  • Develop a comprehensive QA/QC strategy for each project.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth.
  • Oversee the collection of outstanding receivables.
This position is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A decade of experience in civil engineering design
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently for extended periods
  • Strong written, technical, and interpersonal communication skills
  • A commitment to client satisfaction and a collaborative team approach
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client service
  • The ability to engage with a diverse range of clients, regulators, and authorities
  • Demonstrated skills in marketing and business development
  • A Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil3D for producing civil construction documentation
  • A robust understanding of municipal, commercial, and related site development projects
Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 annually

*The offered pay range will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, location, specific job responsibilities, and certifications.
