Job Overview

Position: Full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in accordance with the guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association. This includes evaluation, treatment, guidance, and patient education.
  • Exhibit proficiency and case management abilities to synchronize patient care requirements with the patient, family members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Formulate, execute, and adjust a personalized care plan that aligns with the patient's age, health status, and specific needs.
  • Implement care plan strategies to support patients in attaining independent living capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.
  • Active Physical Therapy license in the state of Maine.
  • Previous experience is advantageous but not essential; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Must have access to a dependable vehicle with valid insurance.
