Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and create personalized care plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to address patient goal variances and improve overall care outcomes.
- Promote open communication among patients, families, and healthcare professionals to enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and make recommendations for future care.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare teams to ensure cohesive care delivery.
- Current NCLEX certification and licensure.
- A minimum of three years of experience as a bedside nurse.
- Clinical knowledge and analytical skills to develop effective nursing care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calmness under pressure and ability to think critically.
- Physical and emotional endurance required for demanding work environments.
