We are a prominent player in the food production sector, dedicated to delivering high-quality products. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd Shift to enhance our operational efficiency.
Shift Details:
This position is for the 2nd Shift (1pm - 10pm) with a schedule that includes working every other weekend. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within a food processing facility or similar environment.
- Experience in a processing facility is advantageous.
- Proficiency in PLC programming is a plus.
- A hands-on approach to supervision, willing to engage directly in maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the scheduling, assignment, and direction of maintenance tasks, while also evaluating employee performance. Regular analysis of production and operational reports will be essential to address any maintenance or manufacturing issues promptly, minimizing costs and operational delays.
The supervisor will lead the maintenance team, coordinating their efforts and ensuring that all maintenance personnel are effectively trained and developed to meet future operational needs. This role is critical in maintaining the highest quality standards for all products produced and packaged.
