Korean Language Instructor

Job Summary:
The University of Georgia is seeking a skilled Korean Language Instructor to join our esteemed faculty. This full-time position offers the opportunity to teach and mentor students in Korean language and literature.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and teaching courses in Korean language and culture, as well as advising students and participating in departmental activities. About the Role:
This position is available due to underutilization within the department. As a result, we anticipate minimal training or onboarding requirements. You will be expected to hit the ground running, delivering high-quality instruction and engaging with students from day one.

Responsibilities:
- Teach Korean language and literature courses to undergraduate and graduate students
- Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with departmental goals and standards
- Advise students on academic and career-related matters
- Participate in departmental events and activities to promote the program

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Korean language or literature (or related field) required
- Ph.D. preferred
- 2+ years of teaching experience in Korean language and literature
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
