Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product vision, strategy, and business metrics to drive growth and innovation.
  • Conduct Voice of the Customer (VOC) research to understand customer needs and preferences, informing the development of competitive and unique products.
  • Create product requirements documents based on customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Establish business plans and profit-and-loss statements for products, presenting them for executive approval.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver feature-rich products that meet current and future market demands.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial product pitch to end-of-life.
  • Oversee product escalations and prioritization, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate key features, processes, and benefits through marketing materials and knowledge base contributions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to assist with customer meetings and promote relevant use cases.
  • Effectively communicate complex processes and procedures to end-users with varying levels of technical expertise.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in product management or a combination of customer-facing and engineering experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with customers to solve specific challenges and understanding customer use cases.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders, use cases, and conflicting priorities.
  • Knowledge and experience working with cross-functional teams in Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Previous experience working with Android and/or Windows compute.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making.
  • Experience with agile project management.
  • Proven ability to manage business partners and influence strategic direction at the VP level.
  • Proven ability to drive agendas across diverse organizations.
  • Proven ability to get work done through influence.
  • Outstanding organizational agility.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Prior product management experience focusing on retail or B2B software or payments services.
  • Business ownership orientation, with a keenness to jump in, learn, and drive for the right metrics.
  • Previous experience working in the large format display space, corporate IT space, or relevant B2B areas.
  • Experience working across software and hardware teams.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience in cross-regional, global communications spanning multiple time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency using large data sets in Excel.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with multi-cultural and international experience.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift to OSHA single-person lift requirements.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, or walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.
  • Must be able to work a standard full-time schedule.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule, in the Elo office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Benefits

Elo Touch Solutions offers a competitive total compensation package, including Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, 401K, Long and Short-Term Disability, and Tuition Reimbursement. Starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $85,000.00 and $115,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience relative to the position and may vary based on candidate geographical location.
