Position Overview
Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production, sorting, and distribution of essential documents and forms within our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating various equipment, including printers and computers, to fulfill daily operational tasks.
- Managing CVS store orders and generating necessary reports while adhering to established deadlines.
- Sorting and distributing produced documents to designated locations for prompt retrieval.
- Collaborating with management and technical support to troubleshoot any interruptions in billing processes.
- Coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance and promptly reporting any issues to your supervisor.
- Maintaining accurate inventories and submitting weekly reports to corporate contacts.
- Documenting any operational downtime and analyzing trends to enhance efficiency.
- Processing urgent requests and ensuring timely responses to corporate inquiries.
- Assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of WMS hardware and printers.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic accurately.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience operating various equipment, including computer terminals and printers.
- Reliable attendance and the ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
