The role involves supervising and reviewing nursing staff, overseeing department budgets, and reporting to high-level staff members. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, managing patient data and medical records, and interacting with doctors, patients, and family members.

A key aspect of this position is your ability to manage resources effectively and make informed decisions that drive positive outcomes. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in shaping the team's success and contributing to the overall well-being of our clients.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated weekly amount of $3,500-$4,200 based on estimated hourly wages and potential stipends available for the location of the assignment. Please note that hourly wages are scaled based on factors such as experience, demand, availability, and location.

We also provide a 401(k) matching program, where we match 100% of your first 3% of deferrals and an additional 50% of the next 2% you contribute.
