Job Summary and QualificationsThe Clinical Nurse Coordinator delivers high-quality patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assisting with admission and discharge processes.
- Partnering with subject matter experts and leadership team to support improved outcomes and service.
- Providing coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assisting with staff scheduling.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing from an accredited school.
- A minimum of 12 months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
- A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- American Heart Association BLS Certification.
