Clinical Case Manager

Gateway Pediatric Therapy seeks a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our clinical operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for day-to-day case management of assigned clinical cases.
This includes creating appropriate programming for clients based on initial and ongoing evaluations, client needs, and best ethical practices. You will also maintain clinical requirements for client supervision, lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation, and meet with treatment staff to assist in case management and staff continuing training and development.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will exercise discretion and independent management of client services and supervision of treatment protocols based on Gateway policies and procedures, and in accordance with our organizational philosophy/mission.
You will conduct initial and ongoing client assessments, design and maintain top-quality treatment programs, and oversee and maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports for internal and external processes.
Additionally, you will encourage and engage parents and/or caretakers in parent training for all relevant treatment techniques, prepare and attend client educational meetings, and maintain credentialing and licensing as required.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as you will work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders, including school personnel and administration, outside service providers, and other persons you may come into contact with.
As a key member of our team, you will maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all client and staff interactions and report directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Director of Administrative Operations, and the Clinical or Regional/Territory Director.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Lead and mentor technicians on individual patient plan implementation and quality of treatment.
- Meet with treatment staff to assist in case management and staff continuing training and development.

- Maintain credentialing and licensing as required through procedures set forth by the state of Michigan and the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
- Attend all required trainings, conferences, and colloquium to remain in compliance with guidelines set forth within the policies and procedures of Gateway.
- Maintain client privacy in accordance with all HIPAA regulations and with Gateway policies and procedures manual.
- Work cooperatively and courteously with internal staff and outside stakeholders, including school personnel and administration, outside service providers, and other persons you may come into contact with.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in all client and staff interactions.
- Reports directly to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Director of Administrative Operations, and the Clinical or Regional/Territory Director.
