Albemarle Home Care & Hospice, a division of Medical Services of America, is seeking a Full-time/Weekend Registered Nurse to work with our Home Health patients in Elizabeth City, NC.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, following the plan of treatment signed by the physician.
- Regularly evaluate patients' nursing needs and develop, implement, and update their plans of care as necessary.
- Initiate, develop, and implement nursing procedures to ensure patients' safety and well-being.
- Teach and supervise patients and their families on home nursing procedures and other care needs.
- Must be a registered nurse with a valid license in the state of NC.
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience required.
- Home Health experience is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License required.
