Qualifications and Experience:

To qualify for this challenging position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • 14+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 12+ years of experience with a Master's degree or equivalent
  • Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented programming languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities in uncertain situations
  • Self-motivated with a keen interest in learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Understanding of relational databases (SQL) and possibly NoSQL databases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with front-end developers, designers, and other team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in data ingestion and data modeling
  • Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and OpenShift
  • Experience in developing microservices and APIs
  • Knowledge of Restful web services and API integration
  • Experience with programming languages such as Ruby, Java, or Python
  • Familiarity with various data formats such as JSON, XML, Binary, etc.
  • Understanding of code development, deployment practices, and version control
  • Exposure to cloud architectures (e.g., AWS EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Elastic Search)
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.

Compensation Overview:

Please note that the following information serves as a general guideline. Compensation is determined based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$171,000 - $200,000
