Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Unit Secretary, CNA--Ambulatory Care at Beatrice Community Hospital & Health Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and document patient information and physician orders with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist nursing personnel with patient care as directed, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering internal and external phone calls and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Schedule patients and procedures as needed, utilizing strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Nursing Assistant Certification, State of Nebraska, required; Medication Aide, State of Nebraska, required within 6 months of hire or within 3 months of the effective date of this job description.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
