We are seeking a Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Community Options, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, making a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

In this role, you will provide direct care and support to clients, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support and care to clients with varying needs and abilities.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to promote client independence and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Acceptable criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass QMAP and First Aid/CPR training within 90 days of hire.
