Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy, as well as other clinical services, to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Maintain a full caseload and work collaboratively with patients to minimize no-shows and cancellations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and share patient progress and goals with the team.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and development, utilizing internal and external resources to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- LCSW licensure and a Master's degree in Behavioral Health.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in mental health settings.
- Experience working with adults and adolescents, as well as knowledge of family-based treatments and substance abuse treatment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and maintain confidentiality and cultural competence.
