About Soar Autism Center:
We are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care for children with autism and their families. Our team works collaboratively to develop and implement innovative therapies, services, and programs that meet the unique needs of each child.
Role Overview:
The Pediatric Therapy Liaison will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, speech/occupational therapists, and early intervention providers across Denver metro and CO Springs. This position will involve developing and implementing strategies to educate providers about our innovative approach to autism care, as well as identifying opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Education and Engagement:
- Develop and deliver educational presentations and materials to pediatricians, psychologists, speech/occupational therapists, and early intervention providers, highlighting the benefits of our integrated clinical approach to autism care.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pediatricians, psychologists, speech/occupational therapists, and early intervention providers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in autism care, ensuring that our team is equipped to provide high-quality services and support.
- Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with pediatricians, psychologists, speech/occupational therapists, and early intervention providers.
- Facilitate collaboration and coordination among healthcare providers, ensuring seamless patient referrals and high-quality care.
- Community Outreach:
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to promote our mission and services.
- Partner with local organizations and community leaders to amplify our impact and reach.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Provide regular updates to the Director of Provider Relations, summarizing achievements, challenges, and opportunities in Denver metro and CO Springs market.
- Collaboration and Internal Alignment:
- Work closely with Soar's clinical and administrative teams to ensure alignment of messaging, processes, and goals.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop tailored materials for provider outreach and community events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in provider relations, community engagement, account management, or healthcare sales.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, particularly in pediatrics, therapy services, and autism care.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Denver metro and CO Springs.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (commensurate with experience) + performance-based bonus opportunities.
