Reliability Investigator

We are seeking a dedicated Reliability Investigator to join our North America Quality Center team at Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability of our vehicles and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Conduct thorough investigations of quality-related issues, including data analysis and testing.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to develop and implement countermeasures.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership and other teams.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
