Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Nursing Faculty member to join our team in the Evening Option program. As a Nursing Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the nursing program, developing curriculum, and assessing student learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach nursing courses in the Evening Option program, including lectures, labs, and clinical rotations
• Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students and the healthcare industry
• Assess student learning outcomes and provide feedback to students
• Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives to improve student success and retention
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education

Requirements

• Masters degree in Nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• Teaching experience in a nursing program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
