This position entails:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing and regulating inventory of components, including but not limited to containers, closures, and printed materials.
  • Supervising warehouse staff and managing daily operational tasks.
  • Implementing safety measures throughout the warehouse environment.
  • Conducting audits of material movements within the ERP system.
  • Generating customized reports in the ERP system for auditing purposes.
  • Training staff on cycle counting procedures.
  • Ensuring proper execution of inventory transfers.
  • Managing multiple warehouse sites, trailers, and containers, ensuring all items are properly labeled.
  • Training staff to ensure timely and accurate material receipts.
  • Enforcing policies for picking, staging, and returns in an efficient manner.
  • Making key decisions regarding warehouse layout and workflow.
  • Leading special projects related to warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of an Associate's Degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
  • Experience in shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading trucks.
  • Experience with raw materials, components, or bulk handling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with dietary supplement products is a plus.
  • Experience dealing with logistics companies such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
  • Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Coordinating pickups with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
