We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of our maintenance department to ensure maximum performance, minimal costs, and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Coordinate the installation and maintenance of equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
    • Schedule maintenance projects in collaboration with production and engineering departments to ensure seamless operations.
    • Ensure all maintenance team members are properly trained in safety procedures and quality maintenance protocols.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Facility Management
    • Maintain facility subsystems, including waste treatment, boilers, electrical substations, and utility systems, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
    • Confer with management to establish and receive quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Recommend strategies for efficient operation of the maintenance department, including project implementation and budget modifications.
  • Requirements
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years of people leadership experience
    • 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, or related environment
