Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, conduct behavioral assessments, and facilitate parent training.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct therapy sessions with children with autism using evidence-based ABA techniques
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with BCBAs
- Facilitate parent training and education on behavioral interventions
- Manage and intervene on challenging behavior exhibited by children with autism
- Collect and analyze data on child behavior to inform treatment plans
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- At least 6 months of experience working with children with autism or in a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
