Master Mixologist

Frescos da Franco is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of cocktails, including classic and contemporary recipes, with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve cocktails with precision and creativity
• Develop and maintain knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beers
• Create signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus
• Ensure the bar area is clean and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with the bar team to develop new drink recipes
• Adhere to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a mixologist in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beers
• Strong creativity and ability to develop unique drink recipes
• Excellent understanding of mixology techniques
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
