Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Computer Support Technician to join our team at Lincoln Memorial University.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support and maintenance for our computer systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and configuration. You will also be responsible for ensuring network connectivity and availability for all users.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support and assistance to users with computer-related issues;
    • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems;
  • Maintenance and Upkeep:
    • Maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance;
    • Clean and organize work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment;
  • Network Management:
    • Ensure network connectivity and availability for all users;
    • Troubleshoot network problems and isolate issues;
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large;
    • Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff, and students;
    • Participate on university committees and perform other duties as assigned;
