Key Responsibilities- Provide program management, budgetary, and financial services and products.
- Develop and maintain a requirements database by appropriation for engineering projects.
- Develop current appropriation/fiscal year spend plans, including forecasts and execution plans, and track and report deviations.
- Support planning, programming, budgeting, and financial oversight for customer requirements.
- Perform launch cost modeling, launch vehicle cost requirements database refinement and maintenance, and launch vehicle "quick reaction" scenarios studies.
- Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience.
- Government customer/client experience.
- 2+ years of government budget or related experience.
- Ideal experience in space launch.
- US Citizen.
- Must have TS/SCI/poly clearance.
- Working knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Understanding of handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Desktop software experience, including spreadsheet, briefing, and database development.
$80,001 - $120,000.
SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
