Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to members, including sandwiches, salads, and other menu items
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including the cafe area and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting members, answering questions, and resolving issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Adapt to changing business needs and priorities
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
