About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our medical surgical team at Della Infotech, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Support Specialist will work closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to patients and families in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other clinical tasks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and care provided
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent experience
  • Valid WA state license to practice
  • Ability to work every other weekend, with occasional float to other units as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in EPIC charting system
