Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their health needs and provide personalized support and guidance on medication management.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being responsive, empathetic, and knowledgeable about our services and products.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and professional standards to protect patient safety and confidentiality.
  • Workflow Management: Effectively manage workflow procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient medication orders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve potential problems to ensure customers have their medications when needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with pharmacy teams, medical staff, insurance companies, and customers to resolve issues and deliver timely resolution of medication or insurance-related concerns.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Licensure requirements vary by state. Learn more by visiting your state's Board of Pharmacy website or asking the hiring manager.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
