Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fabrication Expert to join our team at NESCO Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating components by analyzing requirements and using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Fabrication Projects: Analyze work orders, prints, and completed assemblies to determine requirements and develop fabrication projects.
2. Collect Equipment and Materials: Study specifications and component requirements to collect necessary equipment and materials.
3. Fabricate Components: Use equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces, and set up and measure assemblies.
4. Verify Welding Results: Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
5. Document Actions: Complete records of actions taken and results achieved.
6. Maintain a Safe Work Environment: Follow procedures and comply with legal regulations to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
7. Keep Equipment Operating: Follow operating instructions, troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
