Radiologic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:
As a skilled Radiologic Technologist at Harrison Memorial Hospital, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of patient radiology examinations, including general diagnostic, fluoroscopic, and special procedures. You will operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality x-ray images with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct radiology examinations in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Operate and maintain radiographic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care and service.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient examinations and procedures.

Requirements:
• Registered (or Registry Eligible) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and current state license.
• Current BLS certification and ability to learn electronic records systems, including PACS and RIS/HIS.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
