Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Speech Language Pathologist to oversee and mentor our school-based Speech Language Pathologist team. This role is pivotal in enhancing educational practices and fostering strong partnerships within schools.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement professional development programs for both individual and group settings to promote excellence in practice and collaboration.
- Provide expert guidance on federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to Speech-Language Pathology, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Support our team in addressing the needs of a diverse student population, particularly those from underrepresented communities.
- Advocate for the integration of scientific research, data analysis, and personal connections in therapeutic practices.
- Maintain a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Leverage personal experiences with disabilities or neurodiversity to inform practice.
- Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, Somali, or Arabic, are highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
