Job Overview

Position: Sales Consultant (Los Angeles Area)

Company: Saber is EXPANDING, and we are seeking a SEASONED in-home sales expert to MANAGE both self-generated and company-supplied leads, effectively CLOSING sales in the basement waterproofing and foundation repair sector. We offer qualified, high-quality leads (customers reach out to us for appointments), allowing you to focus on embracing our system and finalizing the sale.

Income Potential: This is a GENUINE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN $80,000-$100,000+ ANNUALLY.

The ideal candidate will possess in-home sales experience or a background in residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home enhancement industries. You MUST have verifiable and CONSISTENT sales experience. Familiarity with construction is a significant advantage. This position includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions, alongside an intensive 6-week paid training program designed to equip you with all the necessary tools and resources to deliver our "WOW" service and close the deal.

Candidate Profile: The successful applicant must demonstrate strong listening, follow-up, and closing abilities. Proficiency in computer software is essential, and you should be detail-oriented, focused, and a collaborative team player. Most importantly, you MUST uphold strong ethics and high integrity, consistently prioritizing the customer.
