Job Summary

The Nurse Circulator plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in our Ambulatory Surgical Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for our patients, working closely with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working order.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during procedures.
  • Provide direct assistance to the operating physician, including hemostasis, suturing, and wound exposure, as well as patient positioning.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, vital signs, and other relevant information.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
  • CPR and ACLS certification required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in the operating room, with the ability to scrub and circulate.
