FLAVOR & FRAGRANCE is seeking an experienced Analytical Flavor Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in analytical chemistry and experience working with flavor raw materials.

This position supports the Analytical Services and R&D teams by providing technical information through analytical chemistry techniques. Estimated salary is $90,000 - $140,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performs all regular lab equipment maintenance and calibrations, including GC.
  • Analyzes and prepares analytical reports of flavor GC/MS analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Flavor Raw Materials and Sensory expertise.
  • Proficient in the identification of flavor raw materials by analytical tools.
  • Minimum 5 years of track record and relevant experience in analytical chemistry in a similar role.
