Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Chemist to join our team at AMPAC Fine Chemicals. As a key member of our analytical team, you will be responsible for executing method development and validation/transfer protocols to support our quality control efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and validate analytical methods for the identification and quantification of active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates.
  • Analyze bulk chemicals and pharmaceutical compounds using a variety of techniques, including HPLC, GC, and wet chemistry methods.
  • Compile and analyze data, and draft reports summarizing results.
  • Conduct peer review of data and laboratory notebooks.
  • Write Quality Control Reports documenting deviations and laboratory events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an analytical laboratory setting.
  • Knowledge of HPLC, UV, FTIR, GC, NMR, and wet chemistry techniques.
